L’objecte d’aquest contracte és l’homologació de proveïdors per a la realització dels serveis, les obres i els subministraments necessaris per a la conservació, reparació i manteniment dels edificis i de les instal·lacions del Parc Científic de Barcelona i l’establiment dels percentatges mínims de descompte i els preus hora màxims de mà d’obra a dur a terme en els contractes basats, que seran concretats en els documents de cada un dels contractes basats. A través d’aquest procediment la Fundació Parc Científic de Barcelona homologarà a 20 operadors econòmics que obtinguin més puntuació en aplicació dels criteris d’adjudicació, sempre que compleixin amb les condicions de solvència establertes als plecs.
